The Role
You will make outbound cold calls to real estate agents on behalf of Charite Media. Your job is to start conversations, build rapport, and book appointments — not to pressure anyone. Quality over quantity.
What You'll Do

Make outbound calls to real estate agents daily using a provided script
Log every call and outcome in our CRM
Book qualified discovery calls for our media packages
Communicate daily updates with the team

What We're Looking For

Experience in outbound calling or sales (real estate industry preferred)
Clear, confident, and professional phone communication
Honest, reliable, and coachable
Comfortable with rejection and consistent under pressure
Thick skin — rejection doesn't rattle you
Stable internet connection and quiet workspace
