A psychologist in Texas is looking for a reliable and organized Marketing & Funnel Support Specialist to help with marketing, funnels, content, tech setup, and launch support for her therapy and coaching-related offers.

This is more advanced than basic admin work. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working with marketing systems, content creation, and backend setup.

### Responsibilities:

* Assist with *GoHighLevel* setup, updates, and workflows
* Help build and update *funnels, landing pages, and forms*
* Create or assist with *social media content*, including carousels and reels
* Support with *webinar and launch preparation*
* Set up and manage *email automations*
* Help with basic *tech setup*
* Assist with light *copywriting and design*
* Organize client-facing materials, resources, and informational sheets
* Review updates and coordinate edits as needed

### Ideal Candidate:

* Has experience with *GoHighLevel*
* Understands funnels, landing pages, forms, and email automations
* Can create clean, professional social media content
* Has basic copywriting and design skills
* Is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
* Communicates clearly and follows instructions well
* Can work independently without needing constant follow-up
* Has experience supporting wellness, coaching, therapy, or education-related businesses
