Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Specialist to join our growing healthcare organization. This is an offshore remote position supporting a U.S.-based infusion and healthcare services business.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, excellent English communication skills, advanced reporting capabilities using Looker and databases, and a solid understanding of infusion therapy billing and operations.
This role requires someone who is analytical, organized, proactive, and comfortable working with financial and operational healthcare data.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Cycle Management
Manage and support all aspects of the healthcare revenue cycle
Review claims, denials, payments, and accounts receivable
Identify billing issues and recommend process improvements
Work closely with billing teams to improve reimbursement performance
Monitor payer trends and denial patterns
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with healthcare regulations
Reporting & Data Analysis
Build and maintain reports using Looker
Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and KPIs
Create dashboards and reporting tools for leadership teams
Extract and validate data from databases and reporting systems
Support business decision-making with accurate data insights
Infusion & Healthcare Industry Support
Understand infusion therapy workflows, authorizations, and reimbursement processes
Support specialty pharmacy and infusion billing operations
Collaborate with operations, intake, billing, and finance teams
Maintain knowledge of healthcare insurance processes and payer requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher (Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, IT, or related field preferred)
3+ years of experience in healthcare Revenue Cycle Management
Experience working in infusion services, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare operations preferred
Strong experience with Looker reporting and dashboard creation
Knowledge of databases and data analysis tools
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote/offshore environment
Preferred Skills
Experience with U.S. healthcare billing and insurance systems
Understanding of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10 coding concepts
Familiarity with SQL or database querying
Experience with EMR/EHR and healthcare management systems
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
