**Job Title:** Growth Systems & Content Strategy Coordinator
We are a modern private healthcare office looking for an experienced, tech-savvy Growth Systems & Content Strategy Coordinator.
We are not looking for a basic VA. We need someone who can help lead, organize, track, and improve our growth efforts across multiple platforms.
Our office leans heavily into technology, AI, automation, dashboards, efficient systems, and thoughtful brand-building. We need someone who can help us build a measurable growth system, support brand activation, create and refine content, track what is working, and help us build long-term relationships with the right patients, referral partners, and community connections.
The goal is not just “more leads.” The goal is higher-quality growth that is organized, measurable, and sustainable.
**Responsibilities:**
* Help organize and lead marketing growth efforts across multiple platforms
* Support brand activation through content planning, campaigns, local outreach, and referral relationships
* Create, edit, and refine content based on owner-provided ideas, voice notes, drafts, and strategy
* Help turn rough ideas into captions,
* Maintain a content calendar and coordinate publishing
* Track leads, inquiries, referral sources, patient interest categories, and campaign results
* Create and maintain KPI dashboards and weekly reports
* Track what is generating quality leads, booked appointments, and long-term growth
* Help organize Google Business Profile, social media,
* Support referral partner outreach and relationship tracking
* Help build systems for reviews, testimonials, follow-ups, and patient communication
* Identify bottlenecks in marketing, content, lead tracking, reporting, and follow-up
* Recommend improvements and future automations
* Coordinate with the owner and outside specialists as needed
**Required Experience:**
* Experience managing or supporting growth across multiple platforms
* Experience with marketing campaigns, content calendars, and brand activation
* Strong writing, editing, and content refinement skills
* Ability to improve clarity, flow, tone, and messaging
* Understanding of business psychology, buyer behavior, trust-building, and customer decision-making
* Experience with CRM, lead tracking, or pipeline management
* Experience creating KPI reports, dashboards, or weekly performance summaries
* Experience using data to show measurable growth
* Strong organization and communication skills
* Comfortable with technology, AI tools, automation, and learning new systems
* Ability to think strategically while also executing detailed tasks
* Ability to follow instructions and lead projects without constant hand-holding
**Platforms or Tools Experience Preferred:**
* Google Sheets
* Google Business Profile
* Google Analytics / GA4
* Google Search Console
* Looker Studio
* Meta Business Suite
* Google Ads / Meta Ads reporting
* GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM
* Notion, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar project management tools
* Zapier, Make, or other automation tools
* Canva or social media scheduling tools
* AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar
**Bonus Experience:**
* Healthcare, dental, med spa, wellness, beauty, aesthetic, or high-ticket local service business experience
* Experience helping a brand grow beyond just posting content
* Experience with local SEO, review growth, referral outreach, or community partnerships
* Experience building systems that can later be automated
* Experience working directly with founders or small business owners
* Video editing, short-form content editing, or design experience
* Experience writing for premium, trust-based, or health-related brands
