JOB OVERVIEW

Meta Ads Manager modAmbition | Dr. Tiffany Shelton
Location: Fully remote Hours: 10 hours per week (with surge during launch periods)
Start: June 15, 2026
Job Type: Freelance 1099 contractor position
Hey, I'm Dr. Tiffany. I'm the founder of modAmbition, a brand and content ecosystem for women who want to build a life that feels spacious and sustainable. I'm a neuropsychologist by training, an entrepreneur by passion, and a wife and mom of two by the grace of God.
I've been working with an outside agency for our Meta ads, and after a thorough look at the numbers, I'm bringing this work in house. I want someone embedded with our brand who knows our voice, our funnels, and our audience the way only an in house partner can. I have a launch in August and ongoing evergreen lead generation that needs steady hands.
So I'm hiring my Meta Ads Manager.
Who You'd Be Helping
My audience is ambitious women who are smart, driven, and quietly tired. They're moms, entrepreneurs, executives, and creatives who've built impressive lives and want to keep building with their nervous systems intact. My content gives them practical systems backed by neuroscience and softened by faith and grace.
My brand sits at the intersection of productivity, neuroscience, and faith based personal development. Knowing how this audience thinks and what they respond to is half the job here.
What You'd Own
You'd run the entire Meta ads program. Here's how that breaks down.
Strategy and structure You'd build campaign structure for both launches and evergreen lead generation. You'd design the audience targeting, set up the creative testing framework, and pace the budget across the month.
Launch campaigns For each course launch (next one is August 2026), you'd plan the full ad sequence from awareness through close. You'd brief the creative needs, pull copy from our organic content, and run the creative testing during the launch window.
Evergreen funnels You'd run ongoing top of funnel ads to grow our email list and book launch waitlist. You'd watch the funnel metrics, identify what's working, and shift budget toward winners.
Reporting Each week, you'd send a short performance summary covering spend, results by campaign, what changed, and what you're testing next. A clean weekly note in Slack or Notion is all I need.
Coordination You'd work alongside our Content Producer who handles organic YouTube and Instagram. They produce the creative assets and on brand visuals. You take what's working in organic and turn it into ad creative that converts.
Who You Probably Are
You live inside Meta Ads Manager. You know the platform deeply, including the dashboard quirks, the policy gotchas, and how to read the data underneath the surface metrics.
You've run ads for creators, coaches, or boutique brands in the $3K to $20K per month spend range. You understand that small spend takes a different kind of thinking than enterprise spend.
You've supported at least 3 to 5 course launches end to end. You know what the launch funnel looks like, how to brief creative, and how to manage budget pacing across the open cart window.
You take deadlines seriously. When you say something will be done by Friday, it's done by Friday. If something comes up, you flag it early.
You're warm and direct. You can give and receive feedback without ego. You ask good questions and you don't make excuses.
You've got at least 3 years of Meta ads experience with real budget responsibility. Bonus if you've worked with personal brands or creator businesses.
A Note On AI
AI works as a tool inside your process. The campaign architecture, the creative strategy, and the funnel logic come from your brain. AI is fine for headline variations, copy ideation, or speeding up your creative testing iteration. The thinking that sits underneath the ad account has to be yours.
Tools We'll Use
Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo for email, Notion for reporting and project management, Slack for daily communication, and Google Drive for asset sharing.
What I'm Offering
You'll have flexibility on your hours and schedule. Outside of agreed deadlines and meetings, you run your own day.
You'll work in a trust based environment. I don't micromanage. I set clear expectations and trust you to deliver.
There's real growth potential here. As the brand grows toward our September 2027 book launch, your role and pay can grow with it. I want the right person to be here for the long haul.
You'll be part of a creative partnership rooted in something deeper than hustle. The content we make helps women all over the world build calmer, more aligned lives.
Compensation
Compensation will be discussed during the interview process. I'm open to hourly, or flat monthly retainer depending on what works best for both sides.
How This Starts
We'll start with a 30 day paid trial focused on auditing the current account, mapping the August launch plan, and running our first week of campaigns together. If we both feel the fit, we'll extend into a longer engagement.
To Apply
Fill out the application form here: ----------
One question will ask if there's anything else you'd like me to know. Please include the word "Apple" in your response so I know you read this whole thing.
I read every application personally.
Namaste, Dr. Tiffany
