We are currently hiring an experienced Ecommerce Customer Support Representative for a rapidly growing fashion ecommerce brand operating in multiple international markets.
Our brands handle a high volume of daily orders, and we are looking for reliable long-term tea
This is not a beginner position.
We are specifically looking for people with previous Shopify/ecommerce experience who understand fast-paced online stores and know how to communicate professionally with customers.
Responsibilities:
* Customer
* Order tracking & shipping support
* Refunds/disputes
* General customer communication
* Working alongside our ecommerce operations team
Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, Parcel Panel, Track123 or similar tools is a big plus.
