Real Estate Wholesaling Cold Caller & Lead Manager (PropStream & GHL)

We are a growing local group of private real estate investors looking for a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Virtual Assistant to join our team. Your primary role will be to reach out to distressed property owners, qualify them, and set appointments for our lead investor to inspect the property and make a cash offer.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

Make 1,000 outbound dials per day using a predictive dialer.

Speak with homeowners using our proven script to qualify them based on Condition, Timeline, Motivation, and Price (The 4 Pillars).

Pull highly targeted lists (Code Violations, Tired Landlords, Tax Delinquent) using PropStream.

Update and manage all lead statuses and notes inside GoHighLevel (GHL).

Set firm appointments for the boss to walk through the property.

Requirements:

Excellent, clear English communication skills (must sound confident on the phone).

Prior experience cold calling for real estate wholesaling or cash buyers.

Familiarity with PropStream and GoHighLevel (GHL).

A quiet workspace, reliable high-speed internet, and a noise-canceling headset.

A thick skin and a positive attitude—you will hear "no" a lot, and that is just part of the game!
