WHAT I NEED BUILT

A SaaS tool for short-form content creators. Two parts: a marketing site and a web app.

Marketing site (homepage already designed at ---------- ):
- Homepage, pricing, FAQ, auth pages, legal pages
- AI-automated blog that posts new content every week
- SEO-optimised and fully responsive

- Onboarding: product tour, niche picker, optional tone-of-voice setup
- Idea feed: a scrollable feed of content ideas personalised to the user's niche
- Save, skip, or draft script from each idea
- Script workspace: generates hook, body, on-screen text, caption, hashtags in the user's tone of voice
- Saved board: kanban with 4 columns (saved, drafting, filmed, posted), drag and drop
- 24/7 AI chat agent on every page (streaming responses, conversation history, can search the database and save outputs)
- Billing page with Stripe Checkout and Customer Portal

Backend:
- YouTube Shorts scraping pipeline running every few hours
- Outlier score calculation (formula provided to shortlisted candidates)
- Auto-discovery of new channels to grow the database over time
- Niche tagging
- AI idea generation from outlier videos
- AI script generation personalised to each user's voice
- AI chat agent with tool use
- Weekly AI blog post generation
- Stripe webhooks
- Admin panel

DATA GOAL: Build the largest, most accurate database of YouTube Shorts outliers possible. You'll start with 1,000+ channels across 20 niches (you build the seed list, not me) and the system auto-expands weekly.

TIMELINE

28 days for the first version, plus 14 days of revisions and bug fixes included.

TECH STACK

Your choice based on your experience. You justify your stack choices in your application. Stripe is mandatory for payments. Production-grade only, no experimental tools.

COMMUNICATION

WhatsApp, daily written updates with screenshots, weekly video call.
