The Role

You'll take our clients from setup to live. That means building out their entire operating system in tools GoHighLevel and N8N - pipelines, workflows, follow-up sequences, booking systems, AI employees, dashboards.

Plus: AI automations leveraging Claude, Make.com, Zapier, and other tools to handle tasks that traditionally required a human.

This isn't template work. Every client gets a custom build tailored to how they actually sell.

What You'll Do

• Build complete systems for clients (pipelines, workflows, automations, CRM setup)
• Set up AI-powered follow-up engines (SMS, email, multi-touch sequences)
• Build AI automations using Claude API and other AI tools for client communications, data processing, and task automation
• Integrate AI-powered chatbots, email responders, and custom AI workflows
• Configure booking calendars, reminder workflows, and conversion systems
• Create custom dashboards and reporting views
• Handle revisions and optimization requests from clients
• Work directly with our team to improve systems and processes
• Document builds so everything is repeatable and scalable

What You Need

• Strong computer experience
• Working knowledge of Claude or similar AI tools (OpenAI, Gemini etc.)
• Experience with automation platforms (Make.com, Zapier, n8n, or similar)
• Comfortable building with AI and prompt engineering
• Clear communication - you'll talk to clients and internal team
• Detail-oriented but fast, quality without getting stuck in perfection
• Problem-solver mindset, every business is different
