build me am upsell chatbot using sms/whatsapp/n8n for info product

I need somebody to set up a high converting, AI sales bot to help steer people who bought my low ticket item (I sell info/course) into the monthly recurring higher ticket "tech stack" (this is needed for us to deliver on what we promised).

Loom overview of what I need: ----------

Need somebody with experience building SALES ai bots. It's a quick build if you have that.

I don't care if you use closebot or something better, it just needs support for both SMS and Whatsapp (we message students on both)

The customer journey is:

they buy low ticket ($37 to $163) ? (1) buy recurring monthly crm ($99) ? (2) buy recurring monthly subscription ($79 to $250) ? done

the monthly crm + monthly subscription makes up the "tech stack"

bot flow needs to be like this:

1. student buys low ticket product ($37 to $163), purchase is logged in our AIRTABLE

2. 30 minutes later, no CRM purchase logged ? bot AUTO MESSAGES THEM something ("hey thanks for buying, saw you didn't upgrade yet, any q's?")

(we have this automated in ---------- and superchat using n8n triggers, but probably should shift it all to closebot or whatever we use here)

3. students think i' ---------- ssaging them personally

4. conversation continues on whatsapp/sms to get them to buy the tech stack by handling common objections (it's always the same ones, over and over and over)

5. logs successful conversions (by querying airtable, which logs all purchase events of a customer) and tagging the conversations as such

6. ability to improve over time, split test, and track hard data (conversion rate)

Other things off top of my head:

* bot must sound like strong, direct no BS closer (i'm a good salesman and it should feel like me)

* when buyer is ready, bot sends payment links + follows up with them if they didn't buy etc

* edge cases that YOU KNOW ABOUT from building sales bots need to be explicitly explained to me, and suggestions made on what those might be + i will help you with guidance on how i want them handled (again, i'm a great sales guy)

Tech reqs:

* closebot or equivalent
* byok to use best model and so we have flexibility to upgrade backend models in future
* n8n workflow to trigger the bot (30 min delay after low ticket purchase)
* native sms and whatsapp

Deliverables:

1. full (closebot) setup, so agent/persona, system prompt, knowledge base off my q&a. I trained a philipino to do this last year, they weren't quite as good as me obviously when I was doing it but they were proficient, this bot needs to be BETTER than the philipino (measured objectively by the tech stack conversion %) and maybe, over time, berre than me

2. finished ready to import n8n workflow that my existing devs on payroll will plug in

3. coordination with my devs on full integration with airtable/closebot/n8n

4. 3-5 persona split test set up for manual optimization

5. basic logging dashboard where I can see conversion rates and improve it myself

6. 20-30 min video walkthrough and simple documentation so my team can use this after

7. live tests with me acting as the student (purchaser) and implement my feedback during the build before final approval

Overall, this is very straightfofward closebot and n8n project

Realistic budget = $ ---------- fixed price (faster and cleaner set up will get you to the higher end if you have experience)
