REAL ESTATE YouTube Video Editor

I am looking for someone that can edit my 1) talking head videos that need B-Roll 2) property tour videos. I am trying to record consistently every week, but sometimes I am not able to due to schedule conflicts.

Ideally, I am looking for someone that has:

1) experience with real estate video editing
2) can provide a sleek, modern aesthetic
3) is a great communicator

I can pay you here on the platform, as it seems to be more cost efficient than Paypal.

I just recorded a video this week. I would like to give it to someone to see how they do. I will pay you for it, of course, but it will be a trial to see if we are a good fit.

I have been editing my videos for several years and I don't have the time / skillset to level-up my channel.
