We're looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Executive to support client campaign delivery across paid social, organic content, and creative asset production. You'll work directly alongside the agency founder, taking ownership of day-to-day execution across a portfolio of clients.
This is a hands-on role. You'll be producing work, not just managing it.
What You'll Be Doing
Creating and scheduling organic social media content across platforms (primarily Instagram,
Designing branded creative assets using Canva — posts, carousels, stories, and ad creatives
Supporting the setup, monitoring, and reporting of Meta Ads campaigns
Conducting basic performance analysis and compiling clear client-facing reports
Using AI tools to support content production, research, and workflow efficiency
Keeping projects organised and deadlines met with minimal chasing
What We're Looking For
Essential
Confident, self-directed, and comfortable working remotely without micromanagement
Proficient in Canva — you can produce polished, on-brand assets quickly
Solid understanding of social media platforms and content best practice
Comfortable using AI tools in your daily workflow (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar)
Strong written English and attention to detail
UK-based with the right to work in the UK
Preferred
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (campaign setup, audience targeting, reporting)
Experience working within a marketing agency or managing multiple client accounts
Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g. Buffer, Later, Meta Business Suite)
