We are seeking a rare professional who can manage both our digital field tracking pipeline (CRM operations) and our forward-facing brand authority (Social Media & Video Production).

In my previous career, I worked for software company in the US and I had teams in the Philippines (Manilla) for the past 17 years. I've visited your beautiful country many times and still in touch with my former team.

Role Overview
As our Social Media & CRM Operations Manager, you will sit at the crossroads of our field operations and our customer acquisition pipeline.

On the creative side, you will take raw field footage (GoPro, iPhone, and 4K aerial drone clips) captured by our crews in the DMV area and engineer high-engagement, highly satisfying short-for ---------- dia. You will be responsible for editing, annotating, and deploying content daily.

On the systems side, you will act as our operational data anchor—translating scanned daily field sheets from our technicians into organized, actionable records within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform and our dedicated safety/i ---------- tracking system.

Core Responsibilities
1. CRM Administration & Field Data Processing
Daily Work Sheet Ingestion: Review scanned copies of daily employee project worksheets submitted by our field crews. Accurately transcribe and enter key data points into our CRM system, including:

Project Documentation: Transcribing general field notes, structural observations, and pre-existing property conditions.

Labor Tracking: Logging precise project start and stop times to maintain accurate job-costing metrics.

Chemical Application Logs: Recording exact chemical mixes used on site (e.g., Sodium Hypochlorite ratios, surfactants, or specialized neutralizers) and tracking raw material consumption.

I ---------- & Safety Tracking: Review field sheets for any reported field anomalies, near-misses, or equipment failures. Extract and log this critical data into our dedicated i ---------- and a ---------- management tracking tool to support our proactive risk-mitigation protocols.

Lead Management & Inbound Nurturing: Monitor incoming leads arriving in the CRM database. Manage initial client touchpoints exclusively via professional text and email communication (no voice calls required) to qualify leads and guide them cleanly into our bidding pipeline.

2. Social Media Creation & Daily Management
Daily Multi-Platform Posting: Execute a rigorous, daily posting schedule across platforms critical to the Washington D.C. Metro market (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts).

Video Engineering & Editing: Take raw, unedited footage of satisfying cleaning sequences (before/after transformations, drone flight lines, surface cleaning arcs) and cut them into pristine, high-impact vertical videos (9:16) using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or DaVinci Resolve.

Media Annotation & Value Inlays: Add clean, professional text overlays, captioning, trending audio tracks, and graphic callouts (using Canva and advanced video effects) that educate the audience on how and why we clean scientifically.

Local Brand Positioning: Tailor captions and hashtags to resonate with property managers, HOAs, commercial real estate developers, and high-end homeowners in the Northern Virginia, D.C., and Maryland corridors.

3. Brand Safety & Technical Integrity Gatekeeping
PPE & OSHA Compliance Review: Review all raw field footage prior to editing to guarantee our brand exhibits 100% safety compliance. You will actively screen out any footage showing technicians violating safety protocols (e.g., missing eye/face protection, improper respirator use during chemical transfer, or lack of fall protection/harnesses on roof pitches).

Chemical & Technical Accuracy: Ensure all video annotations and captions use accurate industry terminology. You will be trained by our leadership to distinguish between high-pressure blasting and low-pressure chemical softwashing, ensuring captions accurately explain how our chemical applications safely eliminate organic contaminants down to the spore without damaging delicate building materials.

Required Skills & Experience
Data Integrity & Speed: Exceptional accuracy and speed in data entry. Ability to read handwritten or scanned field worksheets and carefully extract technical data without errors.

Software Mastery: Proficient in CapCut (or professional equivalent video editor) and Canva for rapid, high-quality asset design.

CRM Familiarity: Proven experience navigating small business CRM frameworks, pipeline management, and client communication workflows.

Visual Storytelling Eye: An exceptional eye for rhythm, color correction, and pacing in video editing—specifically maximizing the "oddly satisfying" nature of exterior cleaning transformations.

Flawless Written English: Perfect command of English grammar and professional tone. Ability to write sophisticated captions for commercial property managers as well as engaging, punchy copy for residential homeowners.

Operational Reliability: A rock-solid remote working infrastructure, including a high-spec editing computer, lightning-fast internet, and a reliable power/internet backup solution to maintain daily consistency.
