JOB OVERVIEW

Description:
We're a remote insurance agency hiring a VA to manage inbound applicant flow and run qualification calls.
What you'll do:

Inbound applicant management (50% of time):

Log into our Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn employer dashboards daily
Pull all new applicants into our master Google Sheet
Sort applicants into licensed vs unlicensed tabs based on their answers
Tag candidates for follow-up


Outbound qualification calls (50% of time):

Call all licensed applicants within 24-48 hours of their application
Use our provided script to verify license, ask qualifying questions
Push qualified candidates to complete our Test Gorilla assessment within 24 hours
Follow up on incomplete assessments



Requirements:

3+ years of US-facing outbound calling experience (BPO, telemarketing, recruiting, sales support)
Excellent spoken English with clear, neutral accent
Available US business hours (9am-5pm EST = 9pm-5am Manila time)
Reliable home setup: fast internet, quality headset, quiet environment
Comfortable with Google Sheets and basic CRM-style tracking

Compensation:

$7-9 USD/hour depending on experience, 25 hours/week
$50 bonus per applicant who completes Test Gorilla after your call
$200 bonus per applicant who's ultimately hired and stays 30 days

Realistic 4-week earnings: $2,300-3,300.
