We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, intelligent Executive Creative Assistant who can become a long-term right hand and help transform ideas into execution.
This is NOT a basic admin role.
We need someone who understands creative founders, branding, aesthetics, organization, and momentum.

What You’ll Help With
Content & Creative Support
* Organize ideas, notes, and creative projects
* Turn voice notes into organized documents
* Create beautiful Canva presentations and pitch decks
* Assist with Substack formatting and publishing
* Help organize and schedule social media content
* Organize photo/video libraries and Google Drive folders
* Help create workflows and systems
Executive Assistant Tasks
* Calendar and task organization
* Follow-ups and reminders
* Research
* Project coordination
* Keeping deadlines and priorities organized
* Helping manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously
Marketing & Brand Support
* Instagram/TikTok support
* Pinterest/blog research
* Basic copy formatting
* Organizing launch calendars
* Assisting with storytelling-focused marketing

Who You Are
You are:
* Extremely organized
* Calm under pressure
* Detail oriented
* Proactive (you do not wait to be told every step)
* Excellent at communication
* Fluent in written and spoken English
* Comfortable with creative founders and changing priorities
* Able to bring structure to many moving parts
* Interested in fashion, branding, storytelling, lifestyle, travel, or creative businesses
You DO NOT need to know everything already.
But you MUST be:
* resourceful
* fast-learning

* emotionally intelligent

Required Skills
Must have experience with:
* Canva
*Shopify
* Google Workspace
* Notion or willingness to learn quickly
* Social media scheduling tools
* File organization
* Presentation formatting
Big plus if you know:
* ChatGPT / AI tools
* Meta Business Suite
* Substack
* Shopify
* Pinterest
* Basic video editing
* Loom
