We are hiring a full-time GoHighLevel Client Success & Fulfillment Manager to help manage client accounts, complete client setup tasks, update websites, support Google Business Profile setup, and keep client fulfillment organized from start to finish.
This is not a basic VA role. We are looking for someone with advanced GoHighLevel experience, strong English communication skills, and the ability to work independently, follow SOPs, check their own work, and communicate clearly.
Responsibilities:
You will help with:
Setting up GoHighLevel sub-accounts, websites, funnels, and client accounts
Making updates and edits to existing client accounts
Using GHL snapshots, templates, SOPs, and onboarding checklists
Assisting with toll-free verification and local A2P/10DLC phone registration
Setting up and tracking Google Business Profile verification
Responding to client messages professionally
Posting Slack updates about client requests, setup progress, and tasks that need to be completed
Tracking website setup, A2P verification, GBP verification, and other onboarding steps
Reviewing your own work before marking tasks as complete

Schedule & Pay:
This is a full-time position.
40 hours per week
8-hour workdays
Some days may require up to 10 hours depending on workload, with advance notice
Flexible hours, but availability must align with EST
Starting pay: $4–$5/hour depending on experience, paid weekly
Raises available based on performance, reliability, communication, quality of work, and ability to take ownership of tasks
