Type: Full-Time, Remote (Philippines)
Salary: PHP 25,000 - 45,000 / month, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time PH daytime hours, with flexibility for supplier, distributor, and Amazon-related communication

About our Company

We are a Canadian corporation specialized in international trade, wholesale, and e-commerce. We are building Amazon wholesale and private label operations in Canada and the United States, with a focus on long-term supplier relationships, organized execution, and data-driven decision-making. Our company values professionalism, clear communication, and practical execution. We are establishing a strong, world-class team in the Philippines.

Role Overview

We are seeking an Amazon FBA Wholesale Product Research, Sourcing & Supplier Operations Specialist to execute and manage key parts of our Amazon wholesale workflow across Canada and the United States. This role combines Amazon wholesale product research, supplier sourcing, distributor and brand outreach, account applications, onboarding, follow-ups, and daily workflow execution.

This is a main execution role, not a passive support role. The main purpose is to find and validate viable Amazon wholesale opportunities, build and manage the supplier pipeline, keep supplier and product files organized, and move the workflow forward without constant supervision.
The exact focus may shift depending on business priorities, supplier responses, available catalogs, and current workflow bottlenecks.

NOTE: General VA, Shopify, dropshipping, social media, customer service, or basic admin experience alone is not suitable for this role. Candidates must have direct Amazon product research, Amazon wholesale, supplier sourcing, supplier communication, or Amazon operations experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Amazon wholesale product research using Amazon, Keepa, SellerAmp, Seller Central, Google Sheets, and other available Amazon research tools.
• Evaluate product demand, pricing, Buy Box behavior, FBA competition, seller count, Amazon presence, reviews, sales rank, gating status, brand restrictions, and estimated profitability.
• Screen supplier catalogs, wholesale price lists, brand search results, distributor product lists, and product files to identify viable Amazon wholesale opportunities.
• Research and identify potential wholesale distributors, brands, manufacturers, and suppliers in Canada and the United States.
• Contact suppliers, distributors, and brands by email or web form and follow up professionally.
• Complete wholesale account applications, supplier forms, distributor onboarding forms, and account setup documents.
• Request and organize wholesale pricing, catalogs, MOQ, case pack details, stock availability, lead times, shipping terms, payment terms, and account requirements.
• Confirm whether suppliers allow Amazon, FBA, online marketplace sales, reseller accounts, or require written marketplace approval.
• Maintain supplier trackers, distributor trackers, application status sheets, outreach logs, product screening files, and follow-up lists.
• Organize supplier folders, application screenshots, pricing lists, catalog files, account notes, product research notes, and communication records in Google Drive.
• Coordinate with prep centers, suppliers, distributors, and internal tea ---------- mbers when needed.
• Use AI tools to draft, organize, summarize, and check work, while carefully verifying accuracy.
• Prepare clear daily updates showing completed work, links, blockers, risks, and next steps.
• Flag supplier issues, application blockers, missing documents, marketplace restrictions, pricing problems, weak products, poor-fit suppliers, or workflow delays early.
• Support both Amazon Canada and Amazon US wholesale workflows as the business expands.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of direct Amazon FBA wholesale experience required, including Amazon product research, wholesale product screening, supplier sourcing, distributor outreach, brand outreach, Amazon operations, and wholesale account setup.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Keepa, SellerAmp, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Gmail, supplier catalogs, wholesale price lists, and distributor application workflows required.
• Strong understanding of wholesale product viability, including demand, pricing, competition, Buy Box, seller count, Amazon presence, fees, profitability, gating, and brand restrictions.
• Strong written English and professional supplier communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple product research tasks, supplier conversations, applications, files, follow-ups, and status trackers at the same time.
• Comfortable following SOPs, checklists, templates, company instructions, policies, and structured workflows.
• Strong attention to detail with product data, pricing, supplier information, application forms, account requirements, and status tracking.
• Able to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and keep work moving without constant supervision.
• Comfortable asking clear questions, reporting blockers early, and providing practical updates.
• Must be comfortable with both Amazon product research and supplier-side communication, not only one side of the workflow.
• Must be reliable, responsive, and consistent with daily execution.
• Must be up-to-date with AI tools and actively use them to improve research quality, analysis, judgment, decision-making, and workflow speed.

KPIs / Success Measures:

• Quality and accuracy of Amazon wholesale product research and screening decisions.
• Ability to identify viable wholesale opportunities and reject weak products or poor-fit suppliers quickly.
• Number and quality of relevant suppliers, distributors, brands, catalogs, and product opportunities researched.
• Quality and consistency of supplier, distributor, and brand outreach.
• Accuracy and completeness of wholesale applications, onboarding files, supplier records, and product research files.
• Speed and quality of follow-ups without losing professionalism or accuracy.
• Organization of Google Drive folders, trackers, supplier records, product screening files, and daily work files.
• Ability to identify supplier restrictions, Amazon marketplace issues, gating issues, application blockers, pricing issues, and workflow risks early.
• Low error rate in forms, supplier details, pricing data, product information, and tracking sheets.
• Clear communication of completed work, blockers, risks, action items, and next steps.
• Ability to take ownership of the wholesale workflow and improve execution over time.
• Consistent ability to follow company instructions, SOPs, policies, and communication standards.

What We Offer:

• Full-time remote/hybrid work opportunity with a Canadian company.
• Long-term opportunity as the Amazon wholesale business grows.
• Structured SOPs, templates, and workflow support.
• Direct communication with company management.
• Opportunity to work across Amazon product research, wholesale sourcing, supplier operations, and marketplace expansion.
• Opportunity to grow into a more senior role as the business reaches revenue and expands.
• Performance-based growth opportunities.
