Virtual Assistant – Social Media & Email Marketing

Hello!

We’re looking for a long-term Virtual Assistant to help grow our educational brand online.

We create evidence-based educational content for healthcare professionals, and we need someone who can help us turn our existing material into engaging social media and email content.

Excellent English skills are REQUIRED.

You must be able to write:

* naturally
* conversationally
* professionally
* clearly

We are NOT looking for robotic or overly corporate writing.

## Your Main Tasks

### Social Media

Help create and schedule:

* ---------- s
* conversational posts
* short educational posts
* simple graphics/carousels

Platforms may include:

* Facebook
* Instagram

Our current plan is approximately 3 posts per week across platforms, including things like:

* ---------- Monday
* Conversational Wednesday
* Educational Friday

The goal is to:

* grow attention
* build community
* warm up cold audiences
* encourage people to join our mailing list

### Mailchimp & Email Marketing

Mailchimp experience is REQUIRED.

You will help:

* organize email campaigns
* write/edit emails
* prepare approximately 2 emails per month
* help keep subscribers engaged with educational content, updates, events, and promotions

### Growth & Sales Support

As we grow, there may also be opportunities to help with:

* launches
* promotions
* sales campaigns
* commission-based incentives

We’re hoping to build a long-term working relationship where we grow together over time.

## Skills We’re Looking For

Required:

* Excellent English writing
* Mailchimp experience
* Social media experience
* Canva/basic design skills
* Organized and reliable
* Able to work independently

Bonus:

* Short-form video editing
* Experience growing social media pages
* Experience with educational or healthcare brands
