Hourly + performance-based

Not freelance or task-based
Structured and script-driven

If you prefer complete flexibility or changing scripts on your own, this role will not be a good fit.

Your Role (Caller Only)

You will:

Call assigned business leads using our dialer
Follow approved scripts exactly as written
Ask qualifying questions
Identify decision-makers
Book qualified appointments directly into our calendar
Accurately log call outcomes in our CRM

You will NOT:

Close sales
Discuss pricing
Handle objections beyond the approved script
Manage follow-ups

Your responsibility ends once a qualified appointment is successfully booked.

Compensation
$1–$4/hour base pay (paid weekly)
$5–$25 per qualified appointment booked
Performance bonuses available after the trial period

Reliable performers typically earn between $300–$1,200+ per month.

The hourly rate provides stability, while bonuses reward strong performance.

Paid Trial Period

The first 3–5 days are a paid trial.

Failure to follow scripts, meet activity requirements, or maintain consistency may result in immediate removal.

Schedule
Minimum 2–4 hours per day
Consistent weekday availability required
Fully remote position
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Applicants must have:

Clear spoken English
Stable internet connection and headset
Confidence speaking with U.S. business owners
Ability to follow scripts word-for-word
Accurate CRM updating skills
Reliability, discipline, and coachability

This role is not suitable for applicants who:

Improvise scripts
Skip steps in the process
Prefer a “freelancer mindset”
