About Our Company:

We are a Canadian corporation specialized in international trade and e-commerce. We operate in the global market and use ecommerce platforms such as Amazon to develop new brands and products for international customers. Our company values professionalism, data-driven decision-making, ownership, and long-term partnerships. We are building a strong, world-class team in the Philippines.

Role Overview:

We are hiring for this function across two levels: Amazon Private Label Specialist and Amazon Private Label Operations Lead. Both levels support our end-to-end Amazon private label operation, with the final level based on the candidate’s experience, judgment, ownership, and ability to work independently.

This is a hands-on Amazon Private Label role covering the full operation from product research and market analysis through supplier sourcing, product development, listing preparation, launch support, inventory and shipment coordination, Seller Central follow-up, post-launch monitoring, reporting, and ongoing process improvement.

Specialist-level candidates should be able to independently execute Amazon private label product research, supplier sourcing, competitor analysis, review analysis, listing support, launch preparation, and Amazon operations with strong accuracy, clear reporting, and good judgment. The specialist should be comfortable using SOPs and templates, but should not rely on step-by-step supervision for every task.

Lead-level candidates should be able to take ownership of Amazon private label opportunities end-to-end, including product research, sourcing direction, product improvement, supplier evaluation, launch planning, Amazon operations, and post-launch monitoring. The lead should be able to review work critically, guide execution quality, improve SOPs/templates, identify risks early, and make practical business recommendations with less supervision.

Candidates should have hands-on Amazon Private Label experience. General e-commerce, Shopify, dropshipping, social media, or basic Amazon VA experience is helpful only if it includes direct Amazon Private Label work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct or lead Amazon product research using Helium 10, Keepa, Amazon search, Amazon Seller Central data, and other available Amazon research tools.
• Evaluate product opportunities using demand, pricing, competition, reviews, profitability, keyword opportunity, launch difficulty, differentiation potential, and operational risk.
• Prepare clear product recommendations and explain the reasoning in a practical business-focused way.
• Source and communicate with suppliers through Alibaba, 1688, Global Sources, and other sourcing platforms.
• Request and compare supplier quotes, MOQ, lead time, sample cost, customization options, packaging options, compliance details, shipping details, and product improvement options.
• Identify product improvement opportunities through review mining, competitor analysis, listing analysis, market gaps, customer complaints, and supplier capability checks.
• Support product development by turning market findings, supplier options, and customer feedback into practical product specifications and improvement ideas.
• Support or guide listing preparation, including keyword research, positioning, title and bullet inputs, image direction, A+ content inputs, competitor listing review, and product positioning.
• Support launch preparation, including listing readiness, inventory planning, shipment coordination, sample follow-up, launch planning, missing-item follow-up, and blocker resolution.
• Coordinate with designers, copywriters, PPC specialists, suppliers, prep centers, freight forwarders, or other contractors when needed.
• Monitor Amazon Seller Central issues such as listing status, account health, suppressed listings, inventory status, customer feedback, returns, and operational risks.
• Monitor post-launch performance, including sales, keyword movement, conversion signals, customer reviews, returns, stock level, pricing, PPC coordination, and competitor activity.
• Prepare clear management updates with risks, blockers, recommended decisions, next actions, and execution priorities.
• Keep Google Drive, Google Sheets, supplier records, product files, operation trackers, and Amazon operation documents organized and updated.
• Flag weak assumptions, supplier risks, launch risks, listing risks, inventory risks, Amazon account concerns, or execution issues early.
• For Lead-level candidates: review junior/support work, improve SOPs, templates, checklists, trackers, and help raise execution quality over time.

Qualifications:

• Specialist level: 2-4+ years of direct Amazon Private Label experience preferred.
• Lead level: 5-8+ years of direct Amazon Private Label experience preferred.
• General Amazon FBA experience alone is not enough unless it includes hands-on Private Label work.
• Experience with Amazon product research, supplier sourcing, product development, listing preparation, launch support, post-launch monitoring, and Amazon operations support.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Helium 10, Keepa, Alibaba, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and structured research templates.
• Strong understanding of Amazon product research, keyword research, competitor analysis, review analysis, pricing, profitability, launch difficulty, and product differentiation.
• Strong supplier communication and follow-up skills, especially with China-based suppliers.
• Strong written English communication and clear reporting ability.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple product opportunities at different stages.
• Comfortable following SOPs while also using judgment when a business decision requires practical thinking.
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve research quality, analysis, judgment, workflow speed, and communication while verifying information carefully.
• Able to work independently and provide clear updates, risks, decisions needed, and next steps.
• Comfortable with both pre-launch and post-launch Amazon Private Label operations.

KPIs / Success Measures:

• Quality and accuracy of Amazon product research, supplier sourcing, listing preparation, launch support, and operation files.
• Quality of product opportunity judgment and ability to separate weak products from realistic launch candidates.
• Accuracy of market data, competitor analysis, keyword research, review analysis, profitability assumptions, and launch planning inputs.
• Quality of supplier outreach, quote comparison, product improvement requests, sample coordination, and supplier follow-up.
• Ability to identify risks early before they affect product selection, supplier selection, launch timing, listing quality, inventory availability, or account performance.
• Clear communication of blockers, risks, next steps, tradeoffs, and recommended decisions.
• Low error rate in data entry, supplier details, Amazon listing details, cost assumptions, and research reports.
• Reliable ownership across product research, sourcing, product development, launch preparation, Seller Central follow-up, and post-launch monitoring.
• For Lead-level candidates: ability to improve execution quality, guide junior/support work, and improve SOPs, templates, or trackers when needed.
• Consistent ability to follow company instructions, SOPs, policies, and communication standards while also applying sound judgment.

What We Offer:

• Part-time or full-time remote work opportunity with a Canadian company.
• Opportunity to work across the full Amazon private label process from product research to post-launch operations.
• Long-term opportunity as the Amazon private label business grows.
• Structured SOPs, templates, and process support.
• Direct communication with company management.
• Opportunity to grow into higher ownership based on proven capability and results.
• Performance-based growth opportunities based on ownership, reliability, and execution quality.
