We are hiring a commercially minded appointment setter/outbound specialist to help grow the corporate speaking business of Ollie Ollerton, former UK Special Forces operator, bestselling author, and internationally recognised keynote speaker.
This is not a generic VA role.
We are looking for somebody confident with outbound prospecting, relationship building, and generating qualified meetings with real decision-makers inside medium to large organisations.
The role will focus on:
• Corporate speaking opportunities
• Leadership and performance events
• Employee wellbeing and resilience programmes
• Conferences and enterprise events
• Speaker bureaus and agencies
Responsibilities:
• Sourcing leads independently
•
• Booking qualified meetings
• Building relationships with agencies and bureaus
• Maintaining follow-up and pipeline management
• Working closely with the closer/commercial team
Target decision-makers include:
• HR Directors
• Learning & Development teams
• Corporate wellbeing departments
• Event managers
• Internal communications teams
• Senior leadership teams
Target markets:
• UK
• USA
• UAE
• Europe
Ideal candidate:
• Appointment setting or SDR experience
• Strong written English
• Commercial mindset
• Organised and proactive
• Comfortable with outbound outreach
• CRM experience preferred
• Able to work independently
We are aiming for a high level of consistent outreach and would expect the successful candidate to work towards 15–20 qualified meetings per week.

Compensation:
• Fixed monthly payment during pilot phase
