Video Editor Assistant – Raw Footage Cutter (Part-Time / Project-Based)

I run a video production agency serving local service businesses. I shoot 2–4 hours of raw footage per client and need someone to handle the prep work so I can focus on the creative finish.
What you'll do:

Cut down raw B-roll into usable clips
Organize and consolidate footage into a single working file
Sync and match talking-head footage to the scripts I provide
Deliver a clean, organized timeline ready for final edit

What I handle:

Final assembly and storytelling
Color grading
Captions and graphics

You're the right fit if:

You're fast, organized, and reliable
You don't need hand-holding — just a folder of footage and a script
You treat file organization like it matters (because it does)
You're comfortable with Premiere Pro

This is NOT a creative director role. I'm not looking for someone to make decisions — I'm looking for someone who executes clean and fast so I can do what I do best.
