My growing UK-USA operation needs several fluent English virtual assistants who can jump straight in and keep both sides of the Atlantic running smoothly. You will be my first line of contact for clients and suppliers, so clear spoken and written English is essential as you’ll often be making phone calls in addition to handling online communication.
Core responsibilities

• Customer support – provide friendly, timely responses through
• Data entry – keep spreadsheets, CRMs, and order logs accurate and up-to-date.
• Outbound & inbound phone calls – confirm appointments, follow up on leads, and handle basic queries.
Availability
I work across both UK and US hours, so I need coverage that can overlap with each region as required. If you can adjust your schedule to bridge the gap, you’ll be a perfect fit.
Start date & pace
I’m ready to move immediately. Onboarding will be quick: a short handbook, a live walk-through of my systems (Gmail, Google Workspace, Excel/Google Sheets, and a VoIP dashboard), then we dive straight into real tasks.
Deliverables & success indicators
– Inbox consistently processed to “zero” by agreed cut-off times.
– CRM and spreadsheets always reflect the latest customer interactions and order statuses.
– Call logs entered in real time with clear, concise notes.
– Customer satisfaction maintained or improved, measured through simple survey snapshots.
