About the role
We're on a mission to help local and small businesses thrive online — and we need a driven, articulate closer to make it happen. You'll be calling businesses that currently have no web presence, introducing them to the power of having a professional website, and converting conversations into clients. This is a high-activity, high-reward sales role with uncapped earning potential.

What you'll do
Prospect and cold call businesses identified as having no website presence
Deliver a compelling, consultative pitch tailored to each business's needs
Overcome objections and guide prospects through the decision-making process
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly call volume and conversion targets
Maintain accurate records of all calls and follow-ups in our CRM
Follow up persistently and professionally with warm leads
Collaborate with the web design team to ensure smooth client handoffs
What we're looking for
Fully fluent in English with clear, neutral, professional spoken communication clients must be able to understand every word with ease
Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales (B2B preferred)
Confident, persuasive, and resilient rejection doesn't slow you down
Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule and pipeline
Strong listening skills and ability to identify a business's pain points quickly
Basic understanding of websites and why every business needs one
Reliable phone/internet setup for remote work
