Remote Dispatcher / Customer Support VA for Field Service Company

We are looking for a reliable remote dispatcher/customer support VA for our Atlanta-based field service company. Your role will include answering inbound customer calls, collecting job information, organizing service requests, scheduling callbacks, and assisting with dispatch coordination for locksmith, maintenance, electrical, and low-voltage service calls.

This is a part-time remote position ideal for someone with customer service or dispatching experience. Strong English communication, reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and professional phone handling are required. Experience working with contractors, field service companies, or dispatch systems is preferred.
