We are looking for a talented video ad editor to join our ecommerce brand team long term.
This is not a basic editing role.
We need someone who understands how to create scroll-stopping video ads for
You should know how to turn raw clips, AI-generated footage, UGC videos, voiceovers, product clips, and b-roll into clean, high-converting ads.
Our brand sells consumer products online, and most of the videos we create are short-form direct response ads.
Some videos will look like native UGC.
Some will be voiceover with b-roll.
Some will use AI UGC created with tools like Seedance 2.0, Kling, Runway, or HeyGen.
Some will be clean product-focused ads with captions, hooks, transitions, sound design, and strong pacing.
We are looking for someone creative, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow briefs carefully.
You do not need to be a professional media buyer, but you must understand that the goal of every video is not just to look good.
The goal is to stop the scroll, hold attention, and make people want to buy.

What You Will Do
You will help us create different types of ecommerce video ads, including:
UGC-style ads from raw footage
AI UGC videos using Seedance 2.0 or similar AI video tools
Voiceover ads with clean b-roll editing
Product demo videos
Problem-solution ads
Testimonial-style ads
Hook variations for Meta and TikTok
Short 6 to 15 second ad variations
Longer 30 to 60 second direct response ads
Fast-paced ad edits with captions, zooms, cuts, overlays, and sound effects
Clean branded edits that match our brand style
Multiple variations for A/B testing
You will also be expected to:
Follow detailed creative briefs
Make revisions based on feedback
Organize files properly
Deliver edits on time
Suggest improvements when you see a better way to make the ad stronger
Understand why some ads perform better than others
Take feedback without ego
Pay close attention to details
Create multiple variations from one winning concept
Required Skills
You must have experience with:
Editing short-form video ads for ecommerce, dropshipping, DTC brands, or online products
CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or a similar editing tool
Strong pacing for social media ads
Clean captions and text overlays
Hook editing in the first 1 to 3 seconds
B-roll selection and sequencing
AI voiceovers, preferably ElevenLabs or similar tools
Editing for Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Reels, and Shorts
Following brand guidelines
Taking feedback and making revisions quickly
Creating videos that are made to sell, not just look nice
AI Video Skills
This is very important.
We are also looking for someone who can help create AI video ads using tools like:
Seedance 2.0
Kling
Runway
HeyGen
ElevenLabs
ChatGPT
CapCut AI tools
Other AI video or voice tools
You do not need to be perfect with every tool, but you must be willing to learn fast.
A big part of this role may include creating AI UGC clips, AI voiceover videos, product b-roll scenes, and clean ad edits from AI-generated footage.

This is a remote role.
We prefer someone who can work at least 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
You should be available for communication and revisions during agreed working hours.
We are looking for someone long term. If the work is good, this can become a stable monthly role.
Pay
Starting pay depends on skill level and experience.
