We are looking for a reliable and friendly Customer Support Representative to assist customers through chat,
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via
Assist customers with orders, tracking, refunds, and basic concerns
Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers
Organize and update customer information when needed
Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team
Help improve customer satisfaction and response time
Requirements:
Good written and verbal English communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to multitask and work independently
Basic knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
Customer service or BPO experience is a plus
Stable internet connection and laptop/PC
Nice to Have:
Experience using Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, or social media platforms
Familiarity with ecommerce brands and online customer support
