Operations VA — Short-Term Rental (Remote | Philippines)

The Role
We're a premium STR company managing vacation properties across Florida. We need a detail-oriented, proactive Operations VA to handle the day-to-day — guest communications, vendor follow-ups, cleaning coordination, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
You'll work under our Operations Manager as part of a close-knit remote team. You follow SOPs, solve problems before escalating, and take full ownership of your tasks from start to finish.
What You'll Do
Monitor and respond to guest communications through our tools, following SOPs
Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance vendors — assign tasks, follow up, confirm completion
Flag and track property issues until fully resolved — no open loops
Keep Notion task boards updated and accurate
Escalate to the Operations Manager only after exhausting your own resources
You Must Have:
STR, property management, or hospitality experience
Strong written English — you're communicating with guests and vendors daily
Extreme attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to problem-solve independently before asking for help
Reliability — you show up, you follow through, you communicate
