Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Remote | Clean Plumber Sydney

Salary: PHP 50,000 – 80,000/month + incentives (depending on experience)
Work Setup: Full-Time | Remote
Schedule: Sydney Business Hours

About Us
The Clean Plumber is a family-owned plumbing company with 35+ years of experience serving real estate, strata, and residential clients across Sydney. We’re known for our reliability and strong client relationships, and we’re now looking for a hands-on CFO to support our next phase of growth.

What You’ll Do:
-Manage day-to-day financial operations and bookkeeping
-Maintain accurate financial records using Xero
-Prepare financial reports and provide actionable insights
-Support leadership with budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making

What We’re Looking For:
-CPA or Certified Accountant (strongly preferred)
-If not CPA, must have solid experience as a CFO or similar role
-Strong background in accounting and financial management
-Experience with financial reporting and cash flow management
-Excellent English communication skills

Requirements:
-Available during Sydney business hours
-Open to using a time-tracking tool for payroll purposes
-Stable internet connection and professional remote setup
