JOB OVERVIEW

Tired of campaign work that disappears after a few months?
We're a fast-growing Australian Maths tutoring company, and we're hiring ONE standout Appointment Setter to join us long-term — stable base, genuinely uncapped bonuses, 13th month pay, and a team that actually looks after its people. :)

To apply, start your message with the word "MATHS" in capital letters, so we know you read this properly.

THE ROLE
You'll be the first voice parents hear when they enquire about tutoring for their kids. Your mission: respond fast, book them in, and make sure they show up. You're the front door of the business — and a big reason families get the help they need.

YOUR SHIFT (Philippine time)
Wednesday to Sunday, 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM PHT (~30 hours/week)
Mondays and Tuesdays OFF
These hours match peak enquiry times in Australia (4:00 PM – 10:00 PM Sydney). They move by one hour when Australia shifts for daylight saving — we'll confirm each season.
This role includes Saturdays and Sundays, so please only apply if afternoon/evening + weekend work fits your life long-term.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Respond to every new lead within 5 minutes during your shift — by call, SMS, or email
Qualify lightly (subject, year level, availability) and book consultations into our calendar (HubSpot)
Send reminders and confirm attendance so booked calls actually show up
Follow up unresponsive leads over several days; reschedule no-shows quickly
Keep the CRM tidy and send a short end-of-shift report

WHAT WE PAY
PHP32,000–40,000/month base, depending on your experience
Uncapped performance bonuses — PHP120 per consult that shows up
Realistic on-target earnings of PHP45,000-50,000+/month for strong performers
13th month pay + paid training period

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Excellent spoken & written English — clear, warm, and confident on the phone
Experience in call centre / sales / appointment setting / customer service
Organised, self-disciplined, and genuinely coachable
Quiet work space, reliable internet, and a good headset
Comfortable working afternoons/evenings and weekends (Australian time)

WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT HERE
Permanent, long-term role — not a campaign that ends in 3 months
A clear path to grow as we expand the team
Your results directly grow your income (uncapped)
Supportive management and consistent, predictable hours
Real impact — you're helping kids and families every single day

HOW TO APPLY
Reply with your CV, starting your message with "MATHS"
Send a 1–2 minute voice recording: introduce yourself, then role-play how you'd call a parent who just enquired about Maths tutoring

We read every application that follows these two steps. Excited to meet you!
