My name is Ibrahim, and I am the founder of Miras, a sportswear start-up.

We strive to create the best football shirts on planet earth. We have done so with our first launch, by creating a Turkish football shirt that received an unbelievable response.

People instantly fell in love with it, and the demand has been unlike anything we have seen before. It feels like we are writing a new chapter in football shirt design.

Now we want to go bigger with the World Cup. We are aiming for 1,2 million in revenue at least in the next month and I need your help.

Our next strategy is working with as many micro-influencers as possible and send them a shirt in exchange for an authentic video about our shirt. We will then run these videos across all of our social media channels as paid ads. Together, we will build an army of creators.

Your role will be to edit the videos that we get from creators, you can definitely use AI tools to make your work easier. There aren't much edits required. Just subtitles, with some background music, some cutting and if needed smooth transitions. It's UGC content, so it must stay very raw and the editing should be minimum.

We will start with 10 hours per week for the current volume of content, but we expect to rapidly scale up to 40 hours per week.
