Short-Form Video Editor ($25 Per Video - 30 Videos/Month)

Hey!

I'm a creative director hiring a short-form editor to handle high-volume content for one of my clients. We're talking Reels, TikToks, Shorts - the kind of edits that actually stop the scroll.

What you'll be doing:

- 30 short-form videos per month (about 7-8 per week)
- Hook-driven edits with dynamic cuts, B-roll, captions, music
- 30-60 second pieces, mostly talking-head with B-roll layered on top
- Turnaround within 24-48 hours per video

What we pay:

-$25 per video

What we need from you:

-You actually understand short-form. You know what a hook is, you know when to cut, you know what B-roll does. We're not training you on basics.
-You're fast without being sloppy
-You can take rough creative direction and run with it (no hand-holding)
-You're reliable - if you say Thursday, it's Thursday
