Accounting & Tax Assistant – Swiss Firm + Comparison Platform

We are a boutique fiduciary and tax advisory firm based in Zurich, Switzerland. We also run a B2B comparison platform for Swiss accounting software. We are looking for one experienced, reliable person to cover both areas - long-term, fully remote.

This is not a passive assistant role. You take ownership, work independently, and grow with the work.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Fiduciary & Accounting:
- Ongoing bookkeeping for multiple client mandates (Swiss OR standard)
- Payroll processing including AHV, UVG, KTG
- VAT filings (Swiss MWST)
- Annual financial close preparation
- Tax return preparation and initial legal research
- Professional client communication in German and English
- Executive support for the CEO

Platform & Partners:
- Partner outreach: contact, pitch, and onboard Swiss accounting software providers
- Market research on Swiss accounting tools (Bexio, Abacus, Sage, Banana, etc.)
- Platform content and data maintenance
- Correspondence and relationship management with partners

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Completed training or degree in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance
- At least 2-3 years of practical experience in accounting or fiduciary work
- German C1+ – written, professional level. This is the baseline.
- English B2+ – for internal and external communication
- Knowledge of Swiss or DACH accounting standards is a strong plus
- Experience with Bexio, Abacus, Sage, or similar tools is a plus
- Structured, self-directed, and results-oriented
- Reliable, discreet, and precise
- You think in outcomes, not just tasks
