AI-POWERED PERFORMANCE VIDEO EDITOR (FULL-TIME)

We are looking for a Performance Video Editor who knows how to dominate Meta with high-converting VSLs. If you are average, don't apply. We need someone who uses AI tools to work faster and better than the competition.

YOUR MAIN FOCUS
Performance VSLs: You create long-form video ads (60s - 5min) that drive sales.

Superior B-Roll: You have a "god-eye" for placing the perfect B-roll. You use AI generation (Higsfield, FLOW , Heygen etc.) to create custom footage when stock is too boring.

Retention Mastery: You use hooks, captions, and transitions to keep viewers glued to the screen.

REQUIREMENTS
Expert Editor

AI Integrated: You use AI to speed up your workflow (Voice-overs, Generative Fill, AI B-roll).

Direct Response: You understand "Problem-Agitation-Solution" frameworks.

Language: You will be editing Dutch ads (context/translation tools).

Speed: You can pump out high-quality variations for testing.

Edit high-performing ads for fast-growing E-com brands.

Implement proven ad structures (UGC, Listicle, Problem-Solution).

Optimize everything for mobile viewing and high CTR.
