Core Responsibilities
Prospect Research: Responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing prospective buyers to build a robust sales pipeline using industry databases, social platforms (e.g.,
Multichannel Outreach: Initiate conversations through cold calling, personalized
Lead Qualification: Assess prospects based on their budget, needs, and buying authority to determine if they fit the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Pipeline Management: Track and update lead statuses, contact information, and interaction history within a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Sales Handoff: Schedule meetings, demos, or discovery calls for Account Executives to close the deal.
Campaign Analysis: Monitor outreach metrics (e.g., open rates, conversion rates) and provide performance reports to optimize future strategies
Key Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications (often preferred but not strictly required).
Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or B2B inside sales.Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software (such as Odoo, Salesforce or HubSpot) and lead generation tools (such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or ZoomInfo).
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to confidently overcome objections.
