Video Editor (Performance Ads – Short Form)
We’re looking for a performance-driven video editor to create high-converting
You will edit ads using raw footage provided by us via Google Drive and turn them into scroll-stopping creatives that drive trial bookings.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Edit short-form ads (20–45 seconds) for
• Replicate proven ad styles with fast hooks, captions, and pacing
• Turn raw footage into direct-response ads, not cinematic videos
• Add:
• Strong hooks in the first 2–3 seconds
• Clean subtitles that are mobile-friendly and high contrast
• Simple motion graphics and text emphasis
• Clear call-to-action at the end
• Create multiple variations from the same footage (different hooks or angles)
STYLE WE WANT
• Fast-paced, mobile-first
• Clear messaging that parents understand instantly
• Direct and simple, not fancy
• Performance over aesthetics
• Similar to winning education or coaching ads
WHAT WE PROVIDE

• Clear ad references and creative direction
• Performance-based feedback
• Ongoing work if results are good
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Experience editing
• Understands direct-response editing, not just content creation
• Knows how to structure Hook ? Problem ? Solution ? CTA
• Comfortable iterating fast and testing variations
• Able to closely follow winning ad references
Bonus but not required
• Experience with education, kids, or coaching niches
• Experience using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects
OUTPUT EXPECTATION
• 3–5 ad variations per week initially
• Fast turnaround (24–72 hours per batch)
• Open to revisions based on performance data
