Appointment Setter for Creative Agency

!Important: This is primarily a performance/commission-based role initially.

We mainly work with local and service-based businesses that need:

We’re currently looking for a motivated Appointment Setter / Outreach Specialist to help us grow our client acquisition system long-term.

Your Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Finding businesses with outdated or underperforming websites
• Researching potential leads and decision-makers
• Reaching out through LinkedIn, email, Instagram, WhatsApp, or other suitable platforms
• Starting conversations with business owners professionally
• Qualifying interested prospects
• Booking appointments/calls for our team
• Following up with leads consistently
• Maintaining organized lead tracking and communication

If you also have experience handling sales conversations and client closing, that will be considered a strong advantage.

Compensation Structure (Important)

This role is primarily performance/commission-based initially.

Current structure:
• 10–15% commission for qualified client acquisition and appointment setting
• Up to 20% commission if you successfully manage and close the client end-to-end

Commission is provided after successful project confirmation and client payment completion.

As the agency grows and we build a more structured acquisition system, we are open to expanding the compensation structure further based on:
