Ebay/Poshmark buyer

We are a fashion livestream company in need of employees to help us buy/source items from Ebay and Poshmark. We source inventory primarily through auctions, bidding on Ebay and refreshing new listing by the second on Poshmark. You will be provided training and SOP guidebook on what items to buy.

Attention to detail and ability to focus is critical. Large month end bonuses on top of your base hourly pay will be rewarded by the second month you are working here based on then quantity and price point of your buying activity. Your base pay will be $3/hour. There is a trial training period of the first 5 days to make sure it's a good fit where you will be paid $1/hour since you will be doing only training during that period and not able to be self working alone yet. If it is a good fit, on day 6, you will start at base $3/hour with additional monthly end bonuses that will start the 2nd month of you working, to be determined by your sourcing volume each month

ATTENTION: We have a zero-tolerance policy for OE, time-theft, idle-faking, or multi-jobbing during the hours you are working here. Random auditing of your screen occurs daily and if discovered, you will be terminated immediately and reported to online ---------- management to flag your profile as fraud and a public review will be posted on your account. It was very destructive to my small business in the past having bad actors who worked multiple jobs during the same hours they were working here and they can cause thousands of dollars lost during critical tasks after they were promoted to buying and moderation of livestream sales. We only want to work with honest longterm employees who want to grow with us and not cause problems and losses for us due to distracted multi jobbing causing mistakes. Hence, the monthly $1/hour extra promotional structure to higher than average pay if expectations are met.
