Growth Operations Manager (AI + Marketing + Lead Generation)

We are looking for a highly capable Growth Operations Manager to become one of the key leaders inside our business.
This is NOT a typical VA role.
You will help lead marketing operations, AI implementation, lead generation systems, automation, project coordination, and growth execution for one of Australia’s highest-reviewed turf and landscaping companies with 700+ 5-star reviews and a strong reputation for quality.

Your Core Mission
Your role is to help build and manage the systems, marketing, automations, and teams that consistently generate high-quality leads and support business growth.
Success in this role will be measured by:
Lead generation performance
Campaign execution
Operational efficiency
Team coordination
KPI reporting and accountability
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Marketing & Lead Generation
Helping generate 100+ qualified leads per week
Managing and
Developing and improving lead generation strategies
Tracking campaign performance using Google Analytics and dashboards
Managing monthly offers and promotional campaigns
Identifying where leads and sales are being lost
Coordinating direct mail campaigns and marketing initiatives
Participating in and growing
Monitoring competitor marketing strategies and positioning
Website & Brand Management
Coordinating landing page and website improvements
Managing web designers and developers
Ensuring all websites remain high-converting and on-brand
Coordinating Australian content creators
Managing graphic designers and creative production
Helping maintain a strong and premium brand presence
AI & Automation
Building AI workflows and automation systems
Improving operational efficiency using AI tools
Creating systems that improve lead flow, reporting, communication, and follow-up
Working with tools including ChatGPT, Zapier, APIs, Mailchimp, Jobber CRM, Gemini, Claude, n8n, and similar platforms
Helping implement AI-driven communication and workflow systems
Operations & Team Coordination
Creating and managing Slack working groups
Coordinating projects between sales, operations, customer service, designers, and developers
Managing follow-up systems and appointment coordination
Attending leadership meetings and helping drive accountability
Building dashboards and KPI reporting systems
Helping leadership identify operational bottlenecks and opportunities for growth
