We run direct-response ads on Meta for a US supplement brand. We're
hiring a Creative Strategist to OWN our native ad creative pipeline and
the results it produces. You don't wait for instructions — you d
what we test and why.
What you own:
- Hunt the Meta Ad Library and identify which ads are actually winning
in our market — and articulate WHY they're working (angle, hook,
mechanism, market awareness)
- D
which won't translate — that judgment is the job
- Direct the adaptation: AI image tools to rework the visual, Claude to
rebuild the copy in our brand's mechanism and voice
- Build the testing roadmap — concepts in market fast, 3 image
variations per copy angle, a clear hypothesis behind every test
- Read what comes back, kill losers, scale and re-iterate winners
- Be accountable to performance, not output volume
This is NOT a VA, data-entry, or "follow-the-SOP" role. If you need
step-by-step hand-holding to act, this is the wrong job for you. We want
someone with direct-response instincts and opinions who treats this
account like it's their own money.
Must have: real DR/marketing judgment, fluency in Meta native ads,
ability to spot why a creative converts, AI-tool fluency, fast and
prolific, strong written English.
Strongly preferred: health/supplement DTC, media-buying exposure.
Full-time, long-term. Base + performance bonus tied to winning ads.
