Short Term Rental Administrator

Sunny BNB is a Sunshine Coast, Queensland Australia based, short term holiday rental property management business. We have 100 houses and apartments under management.

The positions are:

Full time / Part Time
3-7 Days a week
8 hours a day
24-56 hours per week
USD$10 per hour + 13 Month Pay

The successful applicant must have experience and expertise with RESLY (Property Management Software) and Pricelabs (pricing software). We will ONLY consider applicants with experience with those software platforms.

Responsibilities are:

All guest interactions from booking, arrivals, questions or concerns, checkout and reviews
Creation of new Airbnb, ---------- and VRBO property profiles
Maintenance of all Airbnb, ---------- and VRBO property profiles
Creating and maintaining the cleaners roster
Writing guest feedback after each guest check out
Other office admin tasks as required

We are a 7 day a week business, with possible full time and / or part time positions available. Our office works from 8.00am to 10.00pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time)

You will need:

Outstanding attention to detail
Your own computer with an excellent internet connection
Computer camera with ability to connect via teams calls with us
Experience creating & maintaining Airbnb, ---------- & VRBO listings
Excellent written and spoken English language skills
High level of expertise and experience with our channel manager software RESLY
Software used include Loom, Google Admin
