Remote | Full-Time or Part-Time | Long-Term Role
We are a growing fire and security systems company based in Scotland, UK, looking for a reliable and experienced systems specialist to help manage and improve our business platforms.
We use:
• GoHighLevel (GHL) for CRM, automations, marketing, lead management, pipelines, and communication.
• ServiceM8 for job management, scheduling, quotations, invoicing, and workflow management.
Ideally, we would like one person who can manage both systems confidently. However, we are also open to hiring separate specialists if required.
About Us
We are MDS Security Systems, specialising in:
• Intruder alarms
• CCTV systems
• Access control
• Fire alarms
• Security lighting
We are growing quickly and want someone proactive who can help streamline our systems, automate processes, and improve efficiency.
Responsibilities
GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Build and manage automations/workflows
• Create pipelines and CRM processes
• Set up forms, calendars, triggers, and campaigns
• Improve lead tracking and customer communication
• Assist with email/SMS automation
• Integrate third-party apps where required
• Help improve sales and customer follow-up systems
• Create dashboards and reporting
ServiceM8
• Manage workflows and job statuses
• Improve scheduling and operational processes
• Set up templates, forms, and automations
• Assist with quoting and invoicing workflows
• Organise customer and job data
• Help improve engineer workflow and efficiency
• Recommend improvements to streamline operations
Requirements
• Proven experience using GoHighLevel
• Proven experience using ServiceM8
• Strong English communication skills
• Organised and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently
• Good problem-solving skills
• Experience with automation tools and integrations is preferred
• Experience supporting service-based businesses is an advantage
Bonus Skills
• Zapier or ---------- experience
• CRM migration experience
• Marketing automation
• Graphic design/basic landing page design
• AI tools and workflow automation
• Experience in trade/service industries
