B2B Appointment Setter & Cold Caller

TrueLine Services Group is a US-based business funding company seeking a confident and reliable B2B Appointment Setter & Cold Caller to help us connect with businesses and build referral partnerships.

This role is focused on outbound outreach, relationship building, follow-up communication, and scheduling partnership conversations with businesses.

We are looking for someone who is confident on the phone, highly organized, results-driven, and able to work independently without constant supervision.

This is a long-term opportunity for the right person.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Make outbound calls to businesses from provided lead lists
Introduce our referral partner program using provided scripts
Build relationships and schedule appointments
Follow up with interested contacts by phone and email
Answer incoming calls professionally
Update trackers and CRM notes
Meet daily outreach activity goals

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Strong phone communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable making outbound business calls daily
Professional, confident, and friendly communication style
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Reliable high-speed internet
Quiet, distraction-free workspace
Noise-canceling headset required
Self-motivated and dependable
Able to work independently and stay productive without reminders
Detail-oriented with strong note-taking and tracking abilities

STRONGLY PREFERRED:
Experience with B2B outreach or appointment setting
Experience with cold calling or sales outreach
Prior experience supporting US-based companies
Background in finance, lending, business services, or professional services
Experience using CRMs and managing lead pipelines

HOURS:
Part-Time To Start
