Full-Time Real Estate Video Editor

About the Role:

We are a real estate videography company looking for an experienced Real Estate Video Editor to join our team full-time. You must have hands-on experience editing real estate content specifically. This is not an entry-level role. If you know how to make a property look its absolute best on screen, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
Edit professional real estate walkthrough videos and property tours
Color grade slog-3 footage to achieve a clean, bright, and premium property look
Add music, text overlays, transitions, and branding elements
Sync and clean up audio where needed
Organize and manage raw footage files efficiently
Deliver final videos on time and incorporate feedback professionally


Requirements:

Real estate video editing experience is mandatory, no exceptions
Fluent in english
Must own a MacBook pro
Must be proficient in Final Cut Pro
Strong portfolio of real estate edits is required to apply
Solid understanding of color grading, pacing, and property composition
Ability to manage multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines

Preferred / Bonus Skills:
Motion graphics or title animation skills
Social media format editing (Reels, YouTube, etc.)
