E-Commerce & Marketplace Manager (Remote, Full-Time)

We are a Germany-based e-commerce company selling household, cleaning, and personal care products across multiple European marketplaces. We’re looking for someone to fully own our marketplace operations day-to-day.
What You’ll Do
You’ll manage listings, content, compliance, and performance across TikTok Shop DE (our main channel), Amazon, Otto, Kaufland, eBay, and Temu. This covers product content, backend fields, imagery, compliance documents, advertising performance reviews, stock monitoring, weekly reporting, and supporting new product launches and marketplace expansion. You’ll also handle product image editing in Photoshop and use AI tools daily to move faster on copy, translations, and research.
What You Must Have
You need 3+ years of hands-on marketplace seller account experience, ideally across TikTok Shop DE, Amazon.de, Otto, and Kaufland. Strong written and spoken English is essential. Photoshop proficiency is required for product imagery. You must be confident and fluent with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) — this is how we work and you’ll use them every day. You should be a self-starter, detail-obsessed, and able to work independently. A Mac is preferred but not required.
Compensation & Schedule
$1,100 USD per month. Full-time, fully remote, with at least 4–5 hours daily overlap with German time (CET/CEST).
