AI Automation Specialist — Claude Expert (MCP, Integrations, Workflows)

About Us:
We’re a U.S.-based personal injury law firm building out AI infrastructure across intake, marketing, case management, and operations. Looking for a long-term partner who already lives inside Claude.
What You’ll Do:
• Build and maintain Claude Projects with custom instructions, knowledge files, and Styles
• Configure and troubleshoot MCP server connections (Zapier, Google Workspace, SharePoint, CRM, case management systems)
• Design end-to-end AI workflows (lead triage, follow-up drafting, document automation, reporting)
• Write and refine prompts; run iteration cycles based on output quality
• Document everything so the internal team can use and maintain it
• Partner directly with the Director of Operations to execute a defined roadmap
Must-Haves:
• 1+ year of hands-on Claude experience (Pro or Team plan, not just API)
• Built working MCP integrations — show me examples
• Strong prompt engineering portfolio (system prompts, multi-step workflows, evals)
• Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and at least one of: Zapier, Make, or n8n
• Basic Python or Node.js for custom connectors
• Clear written English; can document a workflow another person can follow
• Ships fast — v1 in days, not weeks
Nice-to-Haves:
• Experience with legal tech (Filevine, Lead Docket, Lawmatics, Smart Advocate)
• Prior work with U.S. service businesses or law firms
• Built agentic workflows, not just chat prompts
Hours: Start at 20 hrs/week, potential to grow. Some overlap with U.S. Eastern Time required.
