Real Estate Photo Editor / Virtual Assistant

We’re a growing UK-based property media brand currently building our portfolio and workflow, with plans to scale steadily over time.

The role mainly involves:

• Processing HDR property photos
• Checking for blurry/bad merges
• Reprocessing images where needed
• Basic retouching (dust spots etc.)
• Organising folders/files
• Selecting and sorting final images
• Preparing Dropbox folders ready for client delivery

Most shoots are:
• Airbnb properties
• interiors
• residential homes
• property photography

We’re looking for someone who:
• has experience with real estate/property photo editing
• has good attention to detail
• communicates well
• is reliable and organised
• can follow a consistent editing style

Software experience preferred:
• Lightroom
• Photoshop
• AutoHDR / HDR merging software

Work will start on a per-project basis as shoots come in, but we’re looking to build a long-term relationship with someone reliable as the business grows and workload increases over time.
