Virtual Warm Lead Caller NEEDED for Mortgage Business — Pays Well + Bonuses!

I am looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant / Warm Lead Caller who is PERSONABLE, SMART, FAST, and reliable.
This role is for my mortgage business, where we help homebuyers understand their loan options, get prepared, and take the next step toward homeownership. You will be calling warm leads — people who have already shown interest in buying a home, attending a webinar, or learning about mortgage options.

I am looking for someone who is friendly, confident on the phone, organized, and passionate about helping people. You do not need to be a mortgage expert, but you should be able to understand basic real estate and mortgage concepts and communicate clearly with potential homebuyers.

You will receive a solid hourly rate, plus bonuses for interviews/appointments booked and additional bonuses when clients show up to those interviews.

The schedule is:
3 full days every other week
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
Twice per month

This is a great position for someone who wants consistent part-time work with a professional mortgage company and enjoys talking to people.

You must be:
Experienced with phone calls or appointment setting
Personable and warm, not robotic
Comfortable speaking with homebuyers
Organized and able to follow up consistently
Technologically savvy
Honest, dependable, and hardworking
Able to work quickly and meet expectations
Interested in real estate, mortgages, or helping new homebuyers

We work hard and move fast. There are systems, follow-up steps, and deadlines, so I need someone who is committed and takes the role seriously.
