Cold Call Appointment Setter - US Contractor SaaS (Part-Time, US)

We are a small US software company building an AI receptionist for contractors (roofers, HVAC,
plumbers, electricians, general contractors). We need a confident phone caller to set demo
appointments for us from a list of US contractor owners.

This is a sales-development role focused on booking 15-minute demo calls. You will NOT be
closing or selling. You set the meeting, our team closes.

THE WORK ---------- hours per week, Monday through Friday, 4 hours per day
- Working hours: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM US Central Time (this is roughly 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM Manila
Time, so this role suits someone who already works US graveyard shift)
- Around 80 to 120 outbound calls per day
- Each call: introduce BUILTT in 20 seconds, ask 2 to 3 qualifying questions, book a 15-minute
Calendly slot
- Log every call in Zoho CRM (we will train you)
- Send a short SMS or email confirmation after each booked call

- Base: $5 to $7 per hour depending on experience (paid weekly via Wise)
- Bonus: $20 for every qualified demo that shows up
- Bonus: $100 for every customer who becomes paying after your demo
- Realistic month 1 total: $600 to $1000 USD all-in
- 30-day initial contract, extends if performance is strong

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR ---------- to 3 years cold calling, appointment setting, or SDR experience with US clients
- Clear, confident English with a neutral or near-neutral accent
- Comfortable with rejection and able to recover quickly on a call
- Reliable internet (10 Mbps+) and a quiet home office with a USB headset
- Self-directed, hits daily call targets without micro-management
- Bonus: prior experience calling US contractors, home services, or real estate
