Community Growth Assistant

I’m looking for a proactive and resourceful Community Growth Assistant to help grow and manage a SKOOL community.

Your job is simple:

Bring in engaged members
Start conversations
Keep the community active
Help create viral growth loops

This is NOT a passive admin role. I want someone who understands internet culture, online communities, and growth.

Responsibilities
Invite and onboard new members
DM outreach to potential members
Engage daily inside the community
Create posts, polls, and discussion threads
Repurpose short-form content from videos/posts
Help improve retention and engagement
Find partnerships, collaborations, and growth opportunities
Track member activity and growth metrics
Requirements
Excellent English communication
Experience with Discord, Facebook Groups, Telegram, or SKOOL
Understands online marketing and community building
Organized and reliable
Comfortable using ChatGPT and AI tools
Bonus if you understand creators, coaching, or online business
Compensation
Part-time or full-time
Performance bonuses available based on growth
